You are able to request a cancellation of your order within 2 hours of your purchase.
Custom or personalized orders will not be eligible for refunds or returns.
Other refunds/returns may be offered on a case by case basis if items are received damaged, excluding shipping costs.

Wreath Making Workshop Tickets
Wreath Making Workshops tickets are not refundable. I understand that emergencies may arise, therefore please notify me (via email at email@example.com) no later than 24 hours before the start of the workshop and you may use the ticket you purchased on a future workshop.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
